With the unemployment rate at 3.9 percent, companies are desperate for workers. So, how do you get them to reach out to the disabled? How do you make them understand that disabled workers have much to offer?  How do the disabled get the kind of training they need to enter the workforce?  More than that, how do you change people’s attitudes toward the disabled in the workplace, teach them about the conversations they should or shouldn’t have? Making the workplace disabled-friendly is about much more than installing ramps and special bathrooms.
