In Flushing there are now fourteen cases of Legionnaires' disease in that cluster we first told you about earlier this week.

Twelve of those patients have already been treated, but two are still in the hospital.

The Health Department says it is still searching for the cluster's origin.

It has inspected all active cooling towers in the neighborhood for bacteria.

Symptoms of Legionnaires' are similar to those for the flu — fever, chills and muscle aches.

It is a treatable illness using antibiotics — but it can be deadly if it is not addressed.

Back in 2015, an outbreak in the Bronx killed 12 people.
