NY1 VIDEO: The healthcare battle in Washington is sure to impact a variety of services — including money used to help people living with HIV and AIDS. Moreover, it comes at a time when state and city officials are pushing to end the AIDS epidemic by 2020. Part of that effort includes getting more people tested. Today, as part of National HIV Testing Day, there are a number of locations New Yorkers can take the test for free. It's in collaboration with a group called the Alliance for Positive Change, and Sharen Duke, the group's Executive Director and CEO, joined NY1's Matt McClure with details.
