A decision has not been made yet regarding the presentation of the 76th Annual Tony Awards, according to sources.

The Writers Guild of America denied a waiver to the Tony Awards Management Committee on Friday after they asked to present the awards on CBS on Sunday, June 11, even though there is no end in sight to the Writers Guild of America strike.

On Monday, an emergency meeting was held with key leaders in the Broadway community, and according to sources, no decision was made for how the Tony Awards will be presented.

The Tony Awards Management Committee plans to appeal to the Writers Guild of America and ask once again to present the awards on CBS in June.

Other options being considered include a press conference-style presentation or postponing the awards altogether.
