Donald Trump's now-defunct real estate school is coming under further legal scrutiny.

A federal judge has ordered the release of all internal documents from Trump University by Thursday.

It's part of a class-action lawsuit that alleges the school ran nationwide classes that were like infomercials and pressured students to spend as much $35,000 for seminars that didn't deliver what they promised.

Trump says the judge that handed down the order, who is Hispanic, is biased against him because of Trump's calls on the campaign trail to deport undocumented immigrants.

The judge has set a trial date for late November, weeks after the Presidential election.

The New York State Attorney General's office also filed a $40 million lawsuit against the school in 2013.

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman charged that the school was unlicensed and defrauded more than 5,000 students.

Trump University closed down in 2010, after the state Education Department sent it a cease and desist letter.
