The debate itself begins at 9 p.m., and will be followed by a 90-minute post-debate show with full analysis starting at 11 p.m.  NY1 will be live throughout the night both inside and outside the debate hall at the Duggal Greenhouse.

Errol Louis, host of NY1's "Inside City Hall," joins CNN Dana Bash as the debate panelists.  The event is being co-sponsored by CNN.

NY1 Noticias also has full Spanish-language coverage starting at 8 p.m., with a post-debate show from 11 p.m. to midnight.
