It was a huge night for Donald Trump, who swamped his Republican rivals in the New Hampshire presidential primary. And in his first political victory speech he turned his attention to Bernie Sanders. Our Grace Rauh has the story from New Hampshire.

"We are going to make America great again!" the candidate told his supporters.

It was a big win in New Hampshire for Donald Trump. The Granite State gave him the victory he's been seeking and a chance to rebound after he lost Iowa to Texas Senator Ted Cruz even though he had been leading in the polls.

It raised questions about his campaign operation and its ability to turn out voters.

"You know we learned a lot about ground games in one week," Trump said.

His swagger and stump speeches swayed voters here. His supporters told us they like that he's a businessman. And they believe he will strengthen the country economically and with its standing in the world.

"We are going to beat China, Japan Mexico," he said. "We are going to beat all of the countries taking money away from us."

Trump congratulated Bernie Sanders on his win in the Democratic primary and then assured the crowd he would stop him.

"He wants to give away our country folks," Trump said. "We aren't going to let it happen."

In June when Trump kicked off his White House bid becoming the Republican nominee seemed like a distant long shot. That's certainly not the case anymore.

"We are going to start winning again," the candidate told the crowd. "We don't win anything. We are going to win so much. You are going to be so happy."

So now it is on to South Carolina, his campaign boosted by a big win here in New Hampshire.
