NYPD Seeks Pennsylvania Man Accused of Punching Six-Year-Old in the Face

Police are searching for a Pennsylvania man they say punched a 6-year old boy in the face in Brooklyn.

It happened December 26 around 5 p.m. at a building on Park and Nostrand Avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

42-year old Steven Pierce is accused of assaulting the child when they were alone together.

Cops say he was visiting the city and the two are related.

The boy suffered swelling, bruising and a black eye. 

Pierce is described as being 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighing 225 pounds.
