ARCADIA, N.Y. — A four-time convicted felon in Wayne County faces new charges of drug and gun possession.
Deputies say 58-year-old Clayton Reed of Red Creek illegally passed one of their patrol cars and a plow truck on Arcadia Zurich Norris Road in Arcadia.
When they pulled him over Tuesday afternoon, deputies say they found a handgun and nearly 12 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine in the car.
Due to his his felony status Reed cannot own guns.
He's charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and several traffic violations.
He's being held at the Wayne County Jail with no bail.
