ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police are searching for a suspect responsible for a shooting in the Beechwood neighborhood Friday afternoon.
Authorities say they arrived on Arch Street just before 2 p.m. for the report of shots fired.
They say they located a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the lower body.
He was transported to Rochester General Hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
