BRIGHTON, N.Y. — Outgoing Henrietta town supervisor Jack Moore appeared in court on harassment charges.

Moore pleaded not guilty in Brighton town court, where the case is being heard to avoid a conflict of interest.

Jill Mangino claims the supervisor repeatedly drove by her Henrietta home honking his horn.

Mangino's husband is a former town employee and has an ongoing suit against the town regarding alleged workplace incidents.

Mangino says she believes Moore is harassing them as a result of that suit.

Moore tells deputies he regularly drives that road as part of his business, Gro-Moore Farms, and honks his horn to scare off any possible deer.
