Former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver is scheduled to report to prison for his 12-year sentence on July 1st. U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara was ready to tweet about it, sending this out right after the sentencing came down: "Today's stiff sentence is a just and fitting end to Sheldon Silver's long career of corruption." Meanwhile, Bharara's office is investigating a former top aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo and others tied to the Buffalo Billion. Also, former State Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos is due to be sentenced this month for corruption. And, former State Senator John Sampson is also scheduled to be sentenced this month. Joining us to talk about the corruption issue in Albany are the Insiders, Bruce Gyory and Brendan Quinn.
