NY1 VIDEO: Bergen County's Office of Emergency Management held a winter storm exercise Wednesday in Mahwah, N.J., in order to improve communication between the office, municipalities and the American Red Cross. The office plans to submit an after-action report to the State Office of Emergency Management within the next two weeks.
