NY1 VIDEO: Local historians dressed in period costumes in River Vale, N.J. on Monday to tell the story of Baylor's Massacre, one of Bergen County's bloodiest battles in the Revolutionary War. On September 28, 1778, sleeping American patriot soldiers were attacked by British troops and by the end of the battle, 54 Americans were either killed or captured.
