Online grocer FreshDirect is staying on this side of the Hudson River.
According to the city, the online grocer will move from its Long Island City headquarters to the Harlem River Yards in the Bronx.
The city, state and Bronx borough president's office have promised FreshDirect $130 million in grants and tax breaks topping New Jersey's offer of $100 million.
The new Bronx facility is scheduled to open by 2015, and is projected to create a thousand new jobs by 2020.
That's on top of the 2,000 employees it already has.
Almost 700 construction workers will also be needed to build the state-of-the-art facility.
