Busy weather continues through early next week with 2 more waves of low pressure expected to impact the city.
Friday night, rains turn steady with gusty northeasterly winds. Colder air rushes in overnight and the rain could mix with snow before ending Saturday morning. It will be cold, bright and brisk Saturday afternoon with highs only in the 40-43 range.
It will be a cold start Sunday morning with lows around 30 degrees. Clouds return for the afternoon with a wintry mix of snow, sleet and rain possibly by late in the day. The mix turns to all rain overnight. Daytime temperatures mainly in the 30s, rising into the low 40s at night.
For next week, it will be a rainy start on Monday with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Then a strong cold front passes through at night into Tuesday morning. A few snow showers possible in the afternoon. Much colder and windy by Wednesday with highs only ine the 30s and lows well into the 20s at night.
