Commuters weary of problems with the G train might get some relief soon.
After urging from state Senators, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority will be conducting a Full Line Review to see what can be done to improve the service.
The G is the only line between Brooklyn and Queens that doesn't pass through Manhattan, and ridership has increased significantly in recent years.
Complaints include overcrowding, long waits, no free above-ground transfers and a lack of communication about service changes or disruptions.
The review is expected to be completed by the end of June.
Other Full Line Reviews in recent years led to improvements along the F and L lines.
