The Metropolitan Transportation Authority could not block a series of subway ads that labeled the enemies of Israel "savages," so now a group of rabbis is launching a counter campaign to promote tolerance.

A group called Rabbis For Human Rights North America is running an ad in 10 stations that reads, "In the choice between love and hate, choose love. Help end bigotry against our Muslim neighbors."

It is meant to counter an earlier ad from the American Freedom Defense Initiative that reads, "In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel, defeat jihad."

That group says the ad is not anti-Muslim, but anti-jihad.

MTA officials originally refused to display it, but a court ruled that violated the First Amendment.
