Relatives of the two men killed in the Upper East Side crane collapse last May plan to file a $100 million lawsuit against those they believe are responsible for the collapse.

Ramadan Kurtaj and Donald Leo were killed May 30, 2008 when the crane collapsed on 91st Street and First Avenue.

On Monday, their families will announce a lawsuit against 31 different entities, including the Department of Buildings and the company that owned the crane.

The lawsuit comes after a six-month investigation by the families' attorneys, which revealed the crane had a history of failure and poor maintenance.
