New York's First Lady Michelle Paterson was among four honorees at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's annual Women's History Month luncheon Friday.

Michelle Paterson delivered the keynote speech at the event at Bronxdale, Bronx.

This year's celebration honored women who provided leadership in their fields, with a focus on the environment.

"Congratulations to you for supporting projects in your own community that foster greening and wellness," said Paterson.

"First Lady Michelle Paige Paterson started the greening of the mansion, which is modeled for all New Yorkers," said Miriam Gonzalez of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

The other three honorees were former Department of Transportation Commissioner Iris Weinshall, Attorney Sally Hernandez Pinero and Deputy Mayor for Legal Affairs and Counsel to the Mayor Carol Robles-Roman.
