NY1 VIDEO: A consulting firm hired by the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation presented a potential route for the West Shore Right Rail to Community Board 1 on Tuesday night.
According to the plan, light rail cars would travel from Richmond Valley to Elm Park, on the median of the West Shore Expressway, then up on rails across the Staten Island Expressway and Martin Luther King Jr. Highway before heading over the Bayonne Bridge to link up to the Hudson Bergen Light Rail.
