One of the juries deliberating in the trial of two tenants and a landlord charged in connection with a 2005 Bronx fire that killed two firefighters reached a verdict, which will be unsealed on Friday.

After hearing the prosecutors' closing statements, one jury was deliberating Friday the fate of the building's owner and landlord. The other jury, which was on its third day of deliberations, considered the case against the building's tenants.

Prosecutors say tenants Caridad Coste and Rafael Castillo built illegal partitions in their apartment, which trapped firefighters, forcing them to jump from the fourth floor.

Firefighters Curtis Meyran and John Bellew died from injuries sustained from the fall.

All three defendants face manslaughter among other charges.
