Pilot Calls Hudson Landing "Surreal"

The pilot who guided U.S. Airways Flight 1549 safely onto the Hudson River called the experience "surreal."
Speaking to ESPN's Rick Reilly prior to the Super Bowl on Sunday, Chesley Sullenberger said that when both engines lost power the silence in the cockpit was "shocking."
He said when he guided the plane into the water he felt "calm on the outside, turmoil on the inside."
All 155 people aboard survived.
Officials have blamed the incident on a flock of geese that flew into the planes engines shortly after take off from LaGuardia.
