The victim of an apparent bias attack in Brookly was laid to rest Saturday in his native Ecuador.

The body of José Sucuzhañay, 31, arrived in Ecuador Friday night.

His funeral was held Saturday in the city of Cuenca, before a burial in his native town of Taday.

A funeral mass was also held for Sucuzhañay in Queens on Wednesday.

Sucuzhañay and his brother were attacked by a group of men while walking in Bushwick on December 7th. Police say the attackers shouted Latino and gay slurs.

Police are still looking for four suspects.
