Former president Bill Clinton Thursday released his foundation's donor list after a decade of privacy.

The two biggest donors, giving $25 million each, are the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, a charity focused on Africa and India and UNITAID, an international alliance formed to fight AIDS.

Foreign governments, such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Norway also contributed heavily, giving about $50 million.

Wealthy business moguls like Bill Gates and upstate billionaire Tom Golisano were also huge contributors.

While the list is loaded with billionaires and international leaders, more than 10,000 donors gave only $10 or less.

Clinton agreed to disclose the more than $200,000 names as part of an agreement with President-elect Barack Obama to ease concerns of any conflicts of interest if Hillary Clinton is confirmed as US Secretary of State.
