An officer seen in a YouTube video knocking down a bicyclist has been indicted, according to reports.
A lawyer for cyclist Chris Long said he was told an indictment against Officer Patrick Pogan will be unsealed Tuesday.
There's no word on what charges Pogan will face.
The video, posted back in July, shows Long being knocked down in Times Square as part of a ride called Critical Mass.
Long was charged with blocking traffic, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assault, but a judge dismissed those charges in September.
Officer Pogan was reassigned while Internal Affairs investigated the incident.
