Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Israel for the Brooklyn rabbi and his wife killed in the Mumbai terror attacks.
A spokesman for Chabad-Lubavitch says the bodies of Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife Rivkah are being flown to Israel from India.
Their two-year-old son, who was rescued during the siege, was reunited with his maternal grandaparents Friday and the three were flown to Israel Monday.
Before they left, dozens gathered at a synagogue in Mumbai to pay their respects to the couple.
Moshe was there to hear his grandfather delivered a eulogy. The little boy reportedly burst into tears and called out for "Ima" – the Hebrew word for "mother."
The couple had one other child, an older sibling who is permanently hospitalized in Israel with a genetic disorder.
Holtzberg grew up in Crown Heights and moved with his wife to Mumbai in 2003 to run the center.
At least three other people also died in the attack on the center, including Brooklyn-native Rabbi Leibish Teitelbaum, who was working in Mumbai as a kosher food supervisor.
Meanwhile, Indian police have cleared the final siege site in Mumbai.
The death toll from the attacks now stands at 172.
Security forces searched through more than 500 rooms of the Taj Mahal hotel in search of booby traps and bodies, and now say the building is clear.
A government spokesman says it's unlikely any more bodies will be found.
A senior police official says the only gunman captured after the nearly three-day siege claims to belong to a Pakistani militant group with links to the disputed region of Kashmir.
Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice says Pakistan must cooperate with India's investigation. Pakistan has denied involvement.
Rice is scheduled to travel to New Delhi later in the week.
