The city's medical examiner has ruled the death a teenage girl found in her Queens home on Sunday a homicide.
Police say Livington Matthews found the naked body of his 14-year-old daughter, Sabrina, in her bedroom in their Cambria Heights home Sunday afternoon.
The medical examiner said Monday that the girl's throat had been slashed.
Investigators so far have not identified any suspects. Livingston Matthews was questioned by police and released.
Police say officers were called to the home three times for domestic disputes, but there is no record of the Administration for Children's Services being involved with the family.
The ACS did confirm that the father was a driver for the agency.
