The man who was allegedly sodomized by four police officers met briefly with the Brooklyn district attorney Thursday.

Michael Mineo went to court to talk to investigators, but his attorneys said he became ill and had to leave.

Mineo says officers beat and sodomized him with a police radio antenna at the Prospect Park subway station on October 15.

Mineo's lawyers said several witnesses have come forward thanks to a special hotline number set up by the district attorney, and they have confidence in the grand jury's investigation.

"The district attorney is paying very close attention to this case. They're very serious about it,” said attorney Stephen Jackson. “They are perusing every avenue and we believe at the end of the day that Mister Mineo will receive some semblance of justice."

Investigators are awaiting DNA results from several items taken from the accused cops.

The officers have been assigned to desk duty.
