Police searched Sunday for a man wanted in a number of bank robberies in the Bronx.

Police say the man, pictured above, has robbed three banks over a five-month period. According to police, the man has robbed two of the banks twice.

Investigators say he robbed a Bank of America in Bronxdale on May 2nd and September 15th.

They say he robbed a Hudson Valley Bank on the same street on May 12th and October 17th, and a Capital One Bank on White Plains Road in Williamsbridge on May 29th.

In all the cases, police say the man passes a note demanding money to the teller before escaping on foot.

The suspect is described as being in his 20s or 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 200 pounds.
