Fire Commissioner Posthumously Promotes Firefighter
Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta presides over a promotions ceremony on Randall’s Island today for fire marshals and lieutenants.
Scoppetta will posthumously promote Firefighter Joseph Graffagnino, who was killed will battling a fire in the former Deutsche Bank.
