More charges were filed Tuesday in connection with the murder of a Queens orthodontist last year.
Natella Natanova -- the sister of the orthodontist's ex-wife -- was charged with intimidating and tampering with a witness.
The Queens district attorney's office says Natanova approached the brother of Dr. Daniel Malakov Monday and said "You should know if you talk, you will be the next to go."
If convicted on both tampering and intimidation charges, Natanova faces up to four years in prison. She is being held pending her arraignment.
Natanova's sister, Dr. Mazoltuv Borukhova, is charged with murder and conspiracy in connection with Malakov's death.
Malakov was gunned down execution style in a Forrest Hills playground in October in front of the couple's daughter.
Prosecutors say Borukhova paid her uncle, Mikhail Mallayev $20,000 to carry out the crime.
Police say his fingerprints were later found on a homemade silencer.
They both face life in prison without parole if convicted.
