Four people were killed in five separate shootings around the city on a violent Christmas Eve.
One man was killed and another wounded in two separate shootings in the Bronx Monday night.
In Baychester, police say an unidentified person walked up to a Nissan Altima on Fenton Avenue and shot a 26-year-old man in the chest, killing him.
While in Co-Op City, police say at least four men wearing masks shot and wounded a 20-year-old man in the lobby of a building in the complex. The victim is said to be in stable condition.
In Brooklyn, three people were killed in two separate shootings.
Police say officers found a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head in East New York.
He died at the hospital.
They say four men were also shot early Tuesday morning after a dispute outside Club Seabreeze on Nostrand Avenue. They are all being treated at area hospitals for their wounds.
It is unclear what prompted the shooting. As of Tuesday night, no arrests had been made.
Police say officers responding to Lefferts Place in Bedford Stuyvesant a little before 10 p.m. Monday found an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the head. The 19 year old died at the scene. The 18 year old died a short time later.
