Police are looking for the female tenant of a Queens apartment where a man was found dead Saturday — bound and gagged.

Police rushed to the home on Beach 69 Street in the Rockaways Saturday to find the 55-year-old man unconscious on the floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The landlord tells NY1 that the tenant — a woman in her 20s — called 911 and then fled.

"She was a good tenant, had no problems. This was pretty much a surprise to me,” said Allen Khan.

"I was downstairs on the treadmill and the husband called me and told me there were cops coming in and out of the house,” said Felicia Khan. “And my neighbor called my husband told my husband, ÎDo you know cops are coming out of the house?’ And he called me, and I had no idea what was going on. I had my headphones on so I couldn't hear anything."

NY1 has been told that the tenant — identified by the Daily News as Brigitte Harris — works at JFK airport for the Transportation Security Administration.
