Looking for some simple strategies to get your kids to eat more veggies? Chef Missy Chase Lapine, author of The Sneaky Chef, suggests pureeing a variety of fruits and vegetables and adding them to your typical lunch, dinner, and dessert recipes. NY1’s Parenting Consultant Shelley Goldberg filed the following report.
