The man accused of a 13-hour stabbing spree in Manhattan last month pleaded not guilty Monday to attempted murder and assault charges.

Kenny Alexis is due back in court next month for another hearing.

Prosecutors say Alexis told police he stabbed Christopher McCarthy on the C train because he thought the Texas tourist was out to get him.

Alexis allegedly made the same statement about Ambrosio Castro, the man he's accused of stabbing on the platform of the F train at Rockefeller Center.

Proecutors also say Alexis stabbed two female tourists from Canada near the W Hotel in Times Square because they wouldn't talk to him.

Alexis is being held without bail pending psychiatric tests to determine whether he is fit to stand trial.
