An arraignment was postponed Thursday for the man police say went on a 13-hour subway stabbing spree in Manhattan last month.

Kenny Alexis is charged with attempted murder, assault and robbery in connection with the now notorious series of stabbings.

Alexis is accused of stabbing a 21-year-old Texan tourist Christopher McCarthy in the chest on a C train. Prosecutors say he also stabbed a man on the platform of the Rockefeller Center station, and then stabbed two Canadian tourists near the W hotel in Times Square.

Each attempted murder charge carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.
