Police Search For Driver Who Struck, Killed Man On West Side Highway

Police were searching Sunday for the driver they say struck and killed a man near the West Side Highway on Saturday morning.

New Jersey resident Andrew Quinn, 22, seen above, was in the crosswalk near west 23rd Street and 12th Avenue around 3 a.m. Saturday, when he was hit by a car heading south.

Quinn was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
