Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, so remember to set clocks ahead one hour before going to bed.
The fire department is reminding city residents that this is also a good time to change the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Members of the Fire Department's Fire Safety Education Unit will be handing out fire safety information and batteries at shopping centers and transportation hubs around the city Saturday.
