NY1 VIDEO: Children in the hurricane-ravaged Midland Beach section of Staten Island may soon play in a new playground that a nonprofit wants to build in honor of Catherine Hubbard, one of the 6-year-old victims of the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting. There are 26 proposed locations for playgrounds in storm-damaged areas all along the coastlines of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, each one bearing the name of one of the Sandy Hook victims.
