Police have arrested two brothers and a woman in connection with the killing of a Manhattan man last month.

Keith Stokes, 50, and Ralph Stokes, 52 are charged with robbing and murdering 48-year-old Charles Romo last month in his Harlem apartment.

Bridgette Cash, 38, who is said by police to be romantically linked to one of the brothers, was also taken in and charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.

Police say all three are homeless.

Investigators say Romo was found tied up and beaten with a bag over his head at the apartment, at Hamilton Place near 141st Street, on January 28.

He was pronounced dead on scene.

The nonprofit All Stars Project said that Romo was a volunteer theater manager who worked with underprivileged kids.
