NY1 VIDEO: Locals mourned at the Saturday funeral of former FDNY Lieutenant Martin Fullam of Annadale, who was a September 11th first responder, who spent weeks working at the World Trade Center site. He later fell ill with a rare autoimmune disease and became a vocal supporter of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.
