Police were on the lookout Sunday for a physically and mentally disabled Bronx woman who had been missing for a week.

Nylene Davis, 24, was last seen leaving her group home on Van Cortlandt Park East in Woodlawn.

Her mother told NY1 the home's supervisor called on January 27 to say Nylene had been given permission to take a walk by herself, and had not returned.

Davis has mental development issues, according to her mother, who says Davis ran away before, but never for this length of time.

Davis is 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighs 191 pounds and was last seen wearing red sweat pants, a purple shirt and a white jacket.

Anyone with information on Davis' whereabouts should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
