Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner could be testing the waters for a political comeback.

The Daily News reports city voters have been getting phone calls from pollsters asking about Weiner's chances in the mayor's race.

The News says pollsters are asking about a possible matchup between Weiner and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer in the race for City Comptroller.

Weiner reportedly still has around $4 million in his war chest from 2009 when he explored a run for mayor.

Weiner resigned from Congress in 2011 amid a sexting scandal.
