Investigators announced Monday that they want to talk to four people of interest in connection with last week's murder of a teen on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
Raphael Ward, 16, was shot near the Baruch Houses by a masked attacker on Friday.
Police have released surveillance video of the people of interest that was taken shortly before the shooting.
The motive for the shooting was still unclear Monday, but sources say it may be related to a jacket Raphael was wearing.
Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
