A Queens man is facing drunk driving charges after a deadly accident Wednesday morning on the Long Island Expressway.
Police say Ricardo Rivas, 39, was driving east when he struck a median near the 108th Street exit in Corona, Queens shortly after 4 a.m.
One of his passengers, Carlos Rivas, 27, was killed.
Three others in the car are hospitalized in stable condition.
Rivas, who is in police custody, is also facing charges of vehicular manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
