The holiday weekend got off to a frustrating start for people at Penn Station Wednesday after delays held up commuters.
Signal issues delayed Long Island Rail Road, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak trains for nearly an hour Wednesday evening.
Thousands of riders kept their eyes fixed on the timetables, waiting to see when their trains would finally arrive.
Officials are warning there could be more delays on the LIRR and remind customers to check the schedule online.
