A wake was held in Eltingville, Staten Island on Monday for a brother and sister who drowned in their home during Hurricane Sandy.
The bodies of Midland Beach residents David Haggarty and Charlotte Brewster were discovered on November 2.
The siblings were active members of the Moose Club and loved their many pets.
Public Administrator Gary Gotlin arranged a full service funeral because there are no known next of kin.
There will be a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church in South Beach on Tuesday.
