A Brooklyn man was charged with murder Friday in the death of a little girl.
Prosecutors arraigned 23-year-old Christopher Marshall on Friday in connection with the death of his girlfriend's daughter, 4-year-old Halii McCord.
The girl's body was found after police were called to the Boulevard Houses in East New York on November 6.
Police believe Marshall hit her in the head.
The medical examiner's office ruled the girl died as a result of blunt force trauma.
If convicted on the murder charge, Marshall faces 25 years to life in prison.
