Police say the gun used in the killing of a Brooklyn shop owner Friday night was also used to kill two other store owners earlier this year.
Officers answering a 911 call at the She She Boutique on Flatbush Avenue around 7:15 p.m. Friday found 78-year-old Vahidipour Rahmatollah dead of gunshots to the head and torso.
The NYPD says .22-caliber shell casings found at the scene match those found at two other shooting scenes over the summer.
Bay Ridge shop owner Mohamed Gebeli was shot and killed on July 6, and Bensonhurst store owner Isaac Kadare was shot and killed on August 2.
Police say rewards of $22,000 are being offered in each case for information leading to the killer or killers.
Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
